These booking terms apply to all bookings arranged through LEA Escort. LEA Escort is a trade mark of Elavance GmbH, seated in Munich. The full provider identification stands in the legal notice.
Your enquiry via the booking form, WhatsApp, email or SMS is initially non-binding. We check the availability of your preferred lady and come back to you. The booking becomes binding only with the confirmation by our agency service, which you receive in writing on the channel you chose.
LEA Escort arranges the companionship; the companionship itself is provided by the lady. We give the ladies no instructions as to whether, in what way or to what extent a meeting takes on an erotic dimension. A guest’s wishes, for instance about what she wears, we pass on; whether a lady acts on them is her decision alone.
The rates stand on the ladies’ sedcards and, collected, in the current escort rates. What you book is the time in the lady’s company. What happens during the meeting is her decision.
You pay either in cash at the beginning of the date or in advance by bank transfer as an instant transfer. We offer neither online payment services such as PayPal nor payment in crypto.
All rates are euro amounts, and payment in euro is preferred. Payments in a common foreign currency such as US dollars, Swiss francs or British pounds are possible by arrangement: the basis is the day’s exchange rate plus a surcharge of 20 per cent on the euro amount, which covers bank fees and exchange losses. The total in your currency is fixed unambiguously before the booking confirmation, and your lady always receives the full euro amount of her sedcard.
The booked time begins at the agreed moment. If the guest is delayed, the date shortens accordingly; the agreed rate remains unchanged.
If it is already foreseeable when you enquire that you may wish to extend, please note it in the form, so the lady can plan for it. If it only comes up during the evening, a short message to our agency service is enough. The extension you settle in cash on the spot or, for larger amounts, by instant transfer.
A deposit secures your booking in three cases:
The deposit is paid by instant transfer. It secures your booking, and its amount corresponds to the travel costs of the respective lady.
If a lady accompanies you outside her city, travel costs apply. For longer routes the agency books rail or flight, and you settle the ticket costs in advance. For the fly me to you service the same principle applies: we book the connection, you carry the ticket costs. Where a lady travels is her own decision.
Rail or flight tickets already purchased cannot be refunded on cancellation, because the tickets themselves are as a rule non-refundable.
The first meeting takes place as a rule at a hotel. We recommend a house of four stars or more. Your hotel room you book yourself; the meeting point we settle with you discreetly. Whether a lady visits you at home stands in her profile and is settled with your enquiry.
Up to one day before the date you cancel free of charge or rebook to a new date. Travel costs already transferred we refund, provided no tickets have yet been purchased.
For a cancellation on the day of the date, a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the agreed rate applies. If the lady is already on her way or has arrived, the full rate and the incurred travel costs become due. If the guest can show that the actual costs were substantially lower, the amount is reduced accordingly.
If the chemistry is not right in the first five minutes of the meeting, you can end the date without rate costs. The lady receives in that case an expense allowance of 50 euros.
If a lady has to cancel a date, we inform you as early as possible and, where possible, suggest a replacement date or another lady. A deposit paid to us we refund in that case, insofar as it has not been used for tickets already purchased. Further costs, for instance for a hotel room booked by the guest or his journey, we do not reimburse.
For travel companionship, separate arrangements apply, which we settle together with you before the booking.
All ladies we introduce are of legal age and work of their own free will. We accept bookings exclusively from guests of legal age. Our agency service reserves the right to decline enquiries without stating reasons.
Respect towards the lady is a requirement of every date. If arrangements or boundaries are not respected, the lady can end the date; the agreed rate remains due in that case.
In the event of repeated failure to appear at confirmed dates, or repeated enquiries without a subsequent booking, we reserve the right to no longer process future enquiries.
Your details serve exclusively the processing of your booking, and the transmission via the form is encrypted. No disclosure to third parties takes place, and all staff and ladies are bound to confidentiality. The details of how your data is handled are governed by the privacy policy.
We may adapt these terms with effect for future bookings. For your booking, the version at the time of the confirmation applies. Should an individual provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies.
