2. Hosting and delivery

Each time a page is requested, the server stores in its log files the data that are technically required for delivery: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the page visited beforehand, browser and operating system. They serve the delivery and the security of the website. We do not draw any conclusions about you from them.

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The log files described above arise on Hetzner’s servers in Germany; Hetzner processes this data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Further information: https://www.hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy

To secure and speed up delivery, we also use the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. All requests to the website technically pass through Cloudflare’s servers; in doing so, Cloudflare processes in particular IP addresses and technical connection data in order to deliver the website and to fend off attacks. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure, stable and fast provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

3. Cookies and local storage

Without your consent, this website sets a single cookie. It remembers your language choice so that you see the matching language version on your next visit. It is technically necessary.

In addition, your browser remembers two decisions: your consent to loading the forms for the duration of your visit and your choice on visit measurement. Both entries remain in your browser.

This website sets analytics cookies only with your consent (see the section „Visit measurement with Google Analytics“). We do not use advertising cookies.

4. Visit measurement with Google Analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It shows us which pages are visited most and how visitors find us. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

After your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies that last for up to two years. The data processed are the pages visited, the time and duration of the visit, the page visited beforehand, details of browser and device and the approximate location. Your IP address is not stored. There is no linking with Google accounts and no use for advertising.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Section 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Google processes the data on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The reports are seen by us and by service providers we commission. Google Analytics deletes data on individual visits after two months.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link „Cookie settings“ at the bottom of every page. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Contact by e-mail and telephone

When you write to us or call us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for the initiation and performance of a booking or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for answering other enquiries. We pass your details on only to the extent required for the arrangement you have requested.

6. Communication via WhatsApp

In addition to e-mail and our forms, we offer contact via the messenger service WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, a company of the Meta group). Communication comes about exclusively on your initiative: only once you contact us via the corresponding link or the number provided do we process the details you transmit, namely your telephone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your message, in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for the initiation and performance of a booking and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for answering other enquiries.

Please note that WhatsApp itself processes data, for example communication metadata, and that data may also be transferred to third countries, in particular the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details are governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea. If you wish to avoid any transfer to WhatsApp, simply use our other contact channels; we treat the content of your enquiry with the same confidentiality on every channel.

7. Forms provided by Jotform

For enquiry and application forms, this website uses the service Jotform (Jotform Inc., 111 Pine Street, Suite 1815, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA). The forms are only loaded after you have given your consent via the notice shown beforehand; until then, no data is transmitted to Jotform. The details you enter into a form are processed by Jotform on our behalf and transmitted to us; they serve exclusively to handle your enquiry or application. The legal bases are your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and the initiation of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. According to its own information, Jotform participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in Jotform’s privacy policy at https://www.jotform.com/privacy/

8. Applications from ladies

Details and documents submitted via our application form are processed exclusively for the purpose of reviewing and initiating a possible cooperation. The transmission runs via the service described in the section „Forms provided by Jotform“. If no cooperation comes about, we delete the application data as soon as the review is completed and no legitimate interests in further storage exist. If a cooperation comes about, we store the data required for it for its duration in compliance with statutory provisions. Confidentiality and discretion apply to applications to a particular degree.

9. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as the respective purpose requires or statutory retention periods demand. After that we delete them.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18) and to data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing that we base on a legitimate interest (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

An informal message to lea@lea-escorts.de is all it takes.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).

You are not obliged to provide us with data. Without the details needed for an enquiry, however, we cannot handle it. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
